Description
Cassette sterilizers are engineered for efficient and rapid sterilization. They are compact in size, making them suitable for placement in patient areas like exam rooms, and they operate swiftly to fully sterilize instruments between patient visits. Despite their powerful performance, these autoclaves are designed with a gentle touch, ensuring that expensive and delicate instruments remain intact and undamaged. Unlike traditional large capacity autoclaves, cassette models don’t necessitate a full reservoir of water for each cycle. Instead, they only require a precise amount of heated, distilled water, making them more resource-efficient and cost-effective.
Cassette Sterilizer Features:
- The cassette sterilizer offers a choice of different capacities to meet the needs of different laboratory and medical environments.
- The wide operating temperature range ensures the stability and reliability of the device during the sterilisation process.
- The display accuracy of 0.1℃ ensures that the sterilisation effect meets the requirements.
- Cassette sterilizer is suitable for a wide range of water qualities, including ultrapure, deionised, laboratory, distilled and purified water.
- If a problem occurs during operation, the self-testing system automatically stops and displays an error code on the screen
- Sterilisation cycles are as short as 6 to 7 minutes.
- In the case of water failure and water shortage, an alarm signal is issued.
- Small size and light weight, it is a good medical device container for temporary storage and carrying.

Applications of Cassette Sterilizer:
In modern scientific laboratories, it is vital to maintain the sterility of laboratory apparatus. The cassette sterilizer is an efficient and reliable sterilisation device designed specifically for the laboratory environment. It can quickly and completely eliminate all kinds of microorganisms on the surface and inside of laboratory equipment, ensuring the accuracy and reliability of experimental results.
- Dental clinics: Cassette sterilisers provide rapid and thorough sterilisation of dental instruments, surgical tools and medical equipment, ensuring the safety and sterility required for clinical operations.
- Medical institutions: Sterilisation of surgical instruments, syringes, needles, implants and other medical devices.
- Beauty salons and SPA centres: efficient sterilisation of beauty tools, surgical instruments, needles, etc. to ensure the safety and hygiene requirements of beauty services.
- Laboratories and scientific research institutions: in the field of scientific research, cassette sterilizers can sterilize petri dishes, test tubes, pipettes and other experimental utensils to ensure the accuracy and reliability of the experimental results, and to prevent contamination and cross-infection in the experimental process.
How the cassette sterilizer works:
After selecting the sterilisation programme and pressing the start button, the steam generator is heated to an optimum temperature. A quantity of distilled water is then pumped into the generator and immediately converted into steam, which is injected wall to wall into the cassette and loaded with instruments that are contaminated for use.
As the steam flows through the cassette, the cold, unclean air initially stored in the cassette is completely removed.
